By accessing or using Pulse Coaching ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Pulse Coaching is a health and wellness platform that provides AI-powered coaching, human coaching marketplace, fitness tracking, nutrition logging, sleep monitoring, community features, and personalized wellness scoring through the HERO Score system. The Service is available via web and mobile applications.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current information and update it as needed.
The Service offers Free and Premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are listed on our upgrade page and may change with 30 days notice.
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your profile settings or through the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
Pulse Coaching provides a marketplace connecting users with independent human coaches. Coaches are independent contractors, not employees of Pulse Coaching. We facilitate the connection and communication but are not responsible for the specific advice or outcomes of coaching relationships. Coaching fees are processed through Stripe Connect.
AI coaching features are powered by artificial intelligence and are intended for general wellness guidance only. AI coaches are not licensed healthcare providers, therapists, or medical professionals. The AI coaching does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.
The Service provides fitness and wellness guidance. You should consult your physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program. You assume all risk of injury related to fitness activities. Our crisis detection system provides emergency resources but is not a substitute for professional crisis intervention.
When using community features, you agree not to post content that is abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
The Service and its content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Pulse Coaching. You retain ownership of content you create (posts, messages) but grant us a license to display it within the Service. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
Pulse Coaching is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
